Competency Based Interviewing

Supporting the EvaleX Competence Inventory

Purpose: To provide human resource managers, recruitment specialists and line managers with an insight and understanding as well as the competence to conduct competency based interviews.

Competencies imparted:

  • Overview of position competency profiling
  • The competence to interview a staff member or prospective employee and to translate the interview result into a competence profile to determine position fit
  • EvaleXCompetence navigational skill

Typical delegate: HR Managers and recruitment specialists who are responsible for competency programs or the recruitment and selection process, as well as line managers who control large staff complements, where recruitment and selection is a key competency requirement.
