Pravesha Jaggeth joins the Evalex team
We’re delighted to welcome Pravesha Jaggeth on board as a consultant. Pravesha’s new role spans a wide range of activities, including client project management, assessment feedbacks, account management, talent management, product development, research, presentations at conferences and delivery of training programmes.
Pravesha holds honours degrees in industrial psychology and clinical psychology and is a registered psychometrist with the HPCSA.
“During my career I have gained experience in various roles such as in-house psychometrist, HR business partner, talent acquisition specialist and consultant psychometrist,” she says. “I have worked on various large-scale projects across different organisational levels.
“I believe that the experience and skills I have gained give me an in depth understanding of the human capital needs within our clients’ businesses.
“I am extremely excited to be a part of the OMT Evalex team.”
