Why we’re excited about SIOPSA 2020
Evalex and Odyssey are excited to be taking part in the upcoming SIOPSA conference, which takes place online from 1 to 3 December.
“As a business we’ve always been very heavily involved with SIOPSA,” says Evalex business development director, David Bischof. “A lot of our members sit on the Exco team and we’re part of the interest groups.
“We see SIOPSA as a very important organisation within the South African context for not only IOPs but also for business. So it’s really important for us to give back to our industry, not only through our involvement, but also to stay on top of the trends and the movements in the market.”

Evalex will also be presenting and discussing an exciting new leadership development solution during our assigned Demo tract session at the conference. This is our Evalex Leadership Evolution and Acceleration solution (Elea), which is essentially an AI-driven leadership development programme.
The programme enables leaders to participate in an engaging and interactive AI-enabled, online development centre to identify leadership strengths and development areas. The program then engages leaders in online development interventions based on assessment results and then allows them to reassess progress against development areas on a continuous basis to ensure ongoing development.
“We are very excited about this solution and believe it will revolutionise the leadership assessment and development space,” says David.
