A successful year for Odyssey

The Odyssey Talent Management team has had a very busy year so far. Our MD, Kevin Distiller, has been on a mission to punt the benefits of gamified talent assessment to the Industrial Psychology, HR and recruitment fraternity across the country. This has included presenting at a range of conferences and also recording a podcast on RadioOnmicor on The Uberification of Assessments with Omnicor’s Hilton Rudnick and Colleen McLintock.

On the business front, Odyssey has now run successful projects in a range of contexts, including in the banking, call centre, gaming and medical sectors, both in high volume recruitment settings and more traditional recruitment and development contexts.

“The Odyssey team is constantly striving to improve our service offerings and solutions,” says Kevin. “With this in mind, we have integrated into the Peoplefluent system to provide a more seamless assessment experience for our clients and candidates. Our offerings have also expanded to include a range of integrity tools, which we believe will add additional value to our clients going forward.

“Finally, we are experimenting with a range of innovative new games and assessments to enhance our overall product offering in the near future.”
